volleyball                  

             

           So my sport love to play is volleyball. Some things that you    do alot of thing but you can not kick it you need to work your          hardest to get it over the net. Yes there is a net you are on one          side and the other team is on the other side. so what you do             first is you throw the ball up and you hit the ball and you you           are after a will you arms might get red. but you now you did             good. so some other things that you might need to know is you always have fun. 

  

so my other favorite sport to play is to play basket ball and that is alot of fun when you get to play on a team you don"t have to the same people in the all the time you can play with other people. it is nice to play in a team with people that you see but don"t know and then you can also make friends. So when you are on the basket ball court you always need to know that you need to try you hardest the hole in tire time and and a good way to remember is i can do it so just keep that in your head so when you play you might win the game. so you should really try for basket ball or just try it you might like it.

there is a few more sports but they are so much fun you can play with your family if you wanted to so the next sport is track and track is where you can run you can you jump you can do alot of things in track you need you do some when you are about to run you need good shoes you need to stretch your whole body so you will not get cramps will you r


So some other good  sports is to play baseball i don't play it as much as i play my other sports but it takes alot of work to play but if you get hit it hurts alot. but it is fun to play buy the stuff you need is really really expensive stuff but it is kind of worth it.
